   When some people see things like this going on they feel bad for the pups and they buy. Please be strong. If people buy puppies out of pity, that allows creeps like this to keep selling more. When you see someone selling puppies like this, try to get a photo on your cell phone, ask to see their business license and immediately report to the police!
